103 mile route - From the start area overlooking Porlock Bay you get straight into climbing the 4 mile Porlock hill as used in the Tour of Wessex Premier Calendar Road Race. On reaching the summit you traverse Porlock Common and Lucott Moor before cutting back across Stoke Pero common to link up with Luccombe Hill taking you on to Dunkery Beacon the Highest point on Exmoor. Those of you familiar with day three of the Tour of Wessex will no doubt remember the final 2 miles of the climb!!!!
85 mile route - Follows the same route as that of the 103 mile course but at Lynmouth it heads back cutting out an extra 18 grueling mile along the coast.
